On Mar 6, I gave myself a 90 day challenge to see how much I could change my body. Those 90 days are up. With some hard work and help from @lauroverticordio I lost over 35lbs and gained some muscle and strength. Left picture I started at about 220lbs (not my heaviest. That would be 253lbs) and right picture I'm at 184lbs.
