Vegetable nutrition Although vegetable nutrition facts vary with each individual vegetable, vegetables of similar colors contain similar nutritional benefits. While some vegetables are considered to be super foods due to their large supply of nutrients, all edible vegetables provide exceptional nutritional benefits. Vegetables a low in calories and fats but contain good vitamins and minerals. All the Green-Yellow-Orange vegetables are rich sources of calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, beta-carotene, vitamin B-complex, vitamin-C, vitamin-A, and vitamin K. Eat at least 5-7 servings of fresh vegetables every day. PROGRESS WEEK It's been a little while since I posted, so I felt it was time to show some of the great progress my clients have been making. For the next week, there will be progress photos and videos of some amazing people doing amazing things. Here is one of my fantastic new clients Josie. She has only been training with me for 7 weeks, AND LOOK AT THE PROGRESS!! After spending years not making any progress, and struggling to gain any sort of momentum, Josie has really enjoyed structure, advice, and programming we have done for her.
